Feedkind - Pilot Fermentation Plant
The Feedkind programme aimed to produce FeedKind Protein - a sustainable new feed ingredient for fish. The project represented pioneering technology that created a sustainable product flow, through a state-of-the-art bio fermentation process.
G&T developed the project estimate and schedule through the feasibility stage, ensuring that all opportunities were captured in order to secure project funding.
Following the release of funding, we led the project controls process through design, procurement, execution and qualification, providing expert cost, risk and schedule management services that saw the project delivered on time and on budget.
