G&T represented Dechert LLP on their relocation from 30 Rockefeller Center to 1095 Avenue of the Americas.
Dechert was the first tenant to move into 1095 Avenue of the Americas following a significant infrastructure upgrade (including a new curtain wall).
The 234,000 RSF project, which is over five floors, included tenant connecting stairs to all floors, a conference center, cafe and general practice floors. Special features include commissioned artwork by James Surls in the tenant stair.
