G&T replaced the previous project manager on this boutique hotel conversion and was tasked with getting the project back on track.
The 12 story hotel, designed by Stonehill & Taylor, has 197 rooms and a 3,500 SF rooftop space - The Refinery Rooftop - which is accessible by elevator and has a stunning view of the Empire State Building.
