Nick is an Associate Director of G&T’s specialist FM consultancy team. He chairs the BSI FM technical committee FMW/1, sits on the strategic committee FMB/1 and is a member of the IWFM Special interest Group for FM procurement and contract management.

Nick has Authored several FM industry guides, standards and thought pieces and he provides fact-based guidance and consultancy services that will help those involved in procuring, designing, constructing and operating services in the built environment; to improve cost, quality, time and predictability of performance.
