Ian joined G&T in 1998 and is a procurement expert with extensive experience advising both public and private sector clients. He has worked with government departments to develop procurement strategies, leading workshops to align client requirements with procurement objectives. Ian guides clients through the pre-contract process, ensuring best value in procuring design teams and contractors while minimising disruption and addressing pre-planning challenges on sensitive sites.  He is a member of the firm's NEC Contracts community.
