Building resilience and making connections at the LPA NextGen Summer Social

G&T welcomed young property professionals from across London to its offices for the London Property Alliance (LPA) NextGen Summer Social.

A highlight of the NextGen calendar, the annual event brought together members from the and networks to connect, share experiences and explore the importance of resilience for early-career professionals.

G&T executive surveyor and LPA NextGen Committee member Keith Safo welcomed guests on behalf of the firm, highlighting the role that strong networks, continuous learning and peer group support can play in building successful, long-term careers.

The evening included an interactive session led by Ceri Moyers, co-founder and director of , which supports emerging talent across the built environment. Through facilitated discussions and speed networking, attendees were encouraged to share their perspectives on resilience, build confidence and form new connections.
