Kevin has worked across commercial office, retail and residential projects since 1988, delivering major city centre schemes, business parks, and regeneration campuses in the UK and Europe. Known for his commercial acumen and creative thinking, he leads a high-performing team across multiple sectors, particularly high-rise residential. Kevin contributes to industry bodies, charitable organisations and G&T’s ESG board with a particular interest in social impact programmes. He is an ambassador for Article 25’s ‘More Than A Building’ initiative, one of the firm's charity patronages.
