David has specialised in Development Monitoring since 1995, providing advice and support to lenders of development finance.  His experience spans commercial offices, retail, residential, PBSA, mixed-use, leisure, hotels, exhibition space, infrastructure and logistics warehousing. He has acted on loans across the UK, ranging from £2m to £600m, including Liverpool One Shopping Centre, St. Pancras Chambers and Hotel, the Chancery Hotel Grosvenor Square and Center Parcs Longford, Ireland.
