Dean brings extensive expertise in cost management, developed through his involvement in high-value, complex projects spanning mixed-use developments, logistics and manufacturing, healthcare, and retail. Since joining G&T in 2019, he has played a key role in delivering value-focused solutions, maintaining rigorous cost control, and supporting clients throughout every stage of the project lifecycle to achieve successful outcomes.
