63 New Bond Street
Located in the heart of Mayfair, the project involves the deep retrofit聽of the former Fenwick department store on New Bond Street.
Designed by Foster + Partners, the scheme will聽deliver world class retail at ground and first floors, best-in-class offices from the second to ninth floors and聽a rooftop garden on the tenth floor.聽
The project team has identified innovative construction engineering techniques to lift existing fa莽ades and structural slabs where possible, to retain and preserve the building fabric whilst aligning the floorplates to suit future occupation.聽
The scheme will retain over 50% of the existing structure and 75% of the historic fa莽ades, targeting BREEAM 'Outstanding' and NABERS 5* and will have an upfront carbon measure of 463kgCO2e/m虏.
