Fasken, an international law firm, sought to establish a new London office that would reflect its global presence and accommodate evolving working practices. The challenge was to identify a suitable location that met Fasken's operational requirements and to design a workspace that balanced high-end client-facing areas with flexible, collaborative environments for staff. Ensuring the project remained within budget and aligned with the firm's aspirations was paramount.

G&T provided Project Management and Cost Management services, supporting Fasken through the site search and selection process and also led negotiations on the Agreement for Lease, ensuring favourable terms for the client. Following site acquisition,we managed the appointment of the design team and facilitated the design process to create a workspace that includes a high-end client suite with a prominent boardroom offering city views, as well as a mix of dual offices and open-plan collaborative areas. We also conducted base build monitoring to confirm compliance with specifications and lease agreements.

The completed office at 100 Liverpool Street successfully embodies Fasken's vision, providing a sophisticated environment that enhances client engagement and supports diverse working styles.
