Work Starts on New Marlborough Yard
Ground has broken at the new hotel development happening down at Southwark.
A short walk from Royal Festival Hall and the Southbank Centre, the scheme comprises a new 274-bed Premier Inn hotel and forms part of Frogmore’s New Marlborough Yard development at The Cut in Southwark.
The £24m project will have access to great transport links through Waterloo station and provide 9,141m2 of new hospitality space, including a ground floor restaurant and bar.
