Tim has 24 years of experience in the construction industry, beginning his career as a Building Surveyor before specialising in CDM regulations. He has worked full-time with the CDM Regulations since 2007 and became a registered member of the Association of Project Safety in 2009. With extensive expertise in health, safety, and risk management, he ensures compliance and best practices across projects.
